State-of-the-art technology

We use state-of-the art technologies, which are also environmentally friendly. We work with machines with a precision of 0.001 mm. In our 23 hectares of production halls, we have modern robotic painting lines, a 3D laser workstation, 250 CNC machine tools, 44 fully automated laser lines and more than 100 metres of assembly lines. We also use special aluminium welding technology.

The largest universal paint shop

Our plant boasts the largest and most modern paint shop in Europe. It was put into operation at the beginning of 2020, it has dimensions of 16 x 4,5 x 4 metres and annual capacity of 5, 000, 000 square metres. In this versatile paint shop, we can apply all types of paints. The paint shop has a cataphoretic dip priming system, 1 wet paint box and 3 powder paint boxes for large parts. The paint shop also has a state-of-the-art wastewater treatment plant.
