Employees are our first priority

The people in the company are crucial to us. We not only create a modern working environment for them, but also take care of their health. A doctor, a dental clinic and dental hygiene on the company premises are also available for family members. There is also a shop selling food at a discounted price.

Of course, there are also a number of employee benefits such as free transportation to work, meal allowances and contribution towards sporting activities. Lunches and dinners are a great benefit, which the employees take advantage of during afternoon shifts. There are also apartments in a newly built employee residence near the company's premises, which provide employees with a superior level of housing right in Pelhřimov.

Continuous learning is essential for the development and career advancement of each individual

Thanks to our cooperation with vocational schools and training centres, and also thanks to our own training centre, 46% of our employees have secondary, higher or university education. The training centre we have built allows us to teach our employees everything they need to work in our company. If an employee passes our school, they will get a certificate that guarantees them job security within the EU.

Another form of education is, for example, company language courses. We offer new employees retraining courses that take place in our own welding school.

We have built an apartment complex for our employees with a total of 100 new apartments in an attractive part of Pelhřimov. The apartments in the employee residence are only a 15-minute walk from the factory and provide sufficient comfort for families with children.
