Agrostroj is a traditional engineering company with a high manufacturing depth and technological complexity. As the largest manufacturer of agricultural machinery in the Czech Republic, we are also a so-called development supplier and we prepare individual projects for partners on a turnkey basis, including feasibility analysis, production preparation and construction and tool manufacturing. Our company has one plant in Pelhřimov and in Russia, and two other centres in Humpolec and in Počátky. In 2021, we acquired the German company Stoll, which owns two factories in Germany, one in Poland and another one in the United States. We have thus become a global manufacturer with sales offices in Russia and France. In the future, we intend to direct our investments mainly towards automation and robotics and to expand our production capacities in the United States as well.
Our customers include the largest manufacturers of agricultural machinery and utility vehicles in the world, such as Class, John Deere, Scania, Krone, Volvo, Fendt and others. If you wish to establish cooperation with us and become our business partners, please do not hesitate to contact us.Contact

Our employees are our first priority. That is why we strive to make them feel good and create a pleasant working environment and a friendly atmosphere for them. Employee education is also important to us, and we are able to provide it in-house.
We have a welding school, where we run our renowned welding courses, and our own training centre, which focuses solely on real hands-on training for welding, machining, and assembly operators. Every new employee must go through this programme and pass an exam before going into production. The training, which is conducted by our highly qualified trainers, is of a very high standard.
In 2000, we established a close cooperation with technical schools, and not only students but also teachers undergo practical training in our company. We regularly organize individual or group excursions and open days. Parents can also get acquainted with the environment in which their child can pursue a career.
We also offer our employees in-company English, German and Russian language courses, retraining courses and career advancement opportunities. Of course, there are also a number of employee benefits, such as transport to work, meal allowances, the offer of housing in the employee residence or medical services on the company's premises.
