What will your job be like?
Work as an adjuster includes:
- Ensuring the safe and trouble-free operation of production equipment
- Supervision of the technical condition of machines and equipment
- Minor repairs on machines and replacement of tools, or cooperation with maintenance
- Setting technological parameters and recording them
- Optimisation of production processes
- Cooperation with the quality, maintenance and engineering departments
Is this position for you?
- Secondary technical education (vocational or with a school-leaving examination) is a condition
- Demonstrable knowledge of machining and of setting up machines
- Willingness to work in multiple shifts
- Responsible approach to work
- Reliability
- Manual dexterity
