The owner and operator of the websites www.agrostroj.eu and www.agrostroj.cz (hereinafter referred to as the "Sites”) is Agrostroj Pelhřimov, a.s., with its registered office at U Nádraží 1967, 393 01 Pelhřimov, registered in the Commercial Register, kept at the Regional Court in České Budějovice, file number B 42, IN: 00009971, which is in accordance with Act 121/2000 Sb., Copyright Act, entitled to exercise the property rights to these websites (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). The materials on these websites are protected by copyright law and are the property of the Operator.

You may use the materials contained on the Websites in accordance with the Operator's interests provided you retain all copyrights and comply with any proprietary rights notices contained in such materials. You are not authorized to modify, alter, transmit, further use, post, or use the content of the Websites for public or commercial purposes without the knowledge and consent of Agrostroj Pelhřimov, a.s.

Information collected and its use

By filling out forms on the Websites, you provide your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Sb. and Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU of 27 April 2016. Agrostroj Pelhřimov, a.s. processes the personal data of persons registered through the Websites, as well as all data obtained from questionnaires, surveys, contests, and any other forms of electronic communication via the Internet for an indefinite period of time.

The Operator hereby informs the subjects providing the information that he/she considers all data obtained in the aforementioned ways to be highly confidential and will use them only for his/her own use within the intention of the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Sb. and Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the EU Council of 27 April 2016 to improve his/her services and for the Operator's marketing purposes.

Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. The Operator is aware of the confidentiality of your personal data and the scope of the Data Protection Act and has taken available technical measures to prevent the loss and misuse of the data provided, in accordance with the legal requirements. Personal data will only be made available to authorised employees of the Operator and only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing.

Filling out Forms on the Websites

Filling out forms on the Websites, registering via the Websites, filling out questionnaires, participating in surveys, competitions and any form of electronic communication via the Internet are completely voluntary on your part and you hereby grant the Operator as the data controller consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of improving the Operator's services and for marketing purposes. The provision of personal data through the above-mentioned activities is completely voluntary.

Consent is consent pursuant to Act No. 101/2000 Sb., on Data Protection and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended, and pursuant to the Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU of 27 April 2016, granted for an indefinite period of time, or until the withdrawal of this consent. Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn in writing at any time.

The Operator also informs the persons providing their personal data of their rights, in particular their right to

a) access their personal data,

(b) correct inaccurate or false personal data,

(c) request an explanation if they suspect that the processing of their personal data violates the protection of their personal and private life or that their personal data are being processed in breach of the law,

(d) request the rectification of a situation that is contrary to the law, in particular by stopping the processing of personal data, correcting, supplementing or removing them,

(e) contact the Office for Personal Data Protection,

f) have personal data erased if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed or if it is established that they have been processed unlawfully,

(g) restrict the processing of personal data,

(h) the portability of the data; and

(i) object, after which the controller shall terminate the processing of the personal data unless it is demonstrated that there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests or rights and freedoms of the data subject, in particular where the ground is the possible exercise of legal claims.

Final Provisions

While the Operator employs reasonable efforts to ensure that the Site contains accurate and up-to-date information, the Operator makes no warranties as to its accuracy. The Operator accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of this site.

The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this text. Any such modifications shall be binding on the users of the Site.
