What will your job be like?
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Routine analyses of process baths (titration, pH determination, conductivity, etc.) in the paint shop
- Checking and maintaining operating parameters according to specification
- Recording and archiving test and measurement results
- Operating the wastewater treatment plant (ČOV) – disposal of the process wastewater produced
- Managing the chemical laboratory (5S) and the chemical store (including stocktaking)
- Handling chemical substances and preparations
- Observing FIFO in the assigned areas
- The instruments and equipment entrusted to you
- SPC – evaluating the quality of the painting process according to the relevant work procedures (in cooperation with technologists and the quality department)
- Collecting data and preparing input for reports
- Independently solving assigned tasks and minor operational problems (in cooperation with your supervisor or a technologist)
- Preparing and sending samples to external laboratories
- Occasional checks and assistance with chemical processes in other departments of the AGROSTROJ Pelhřimov production plant
- Checking the parameters of the paint-stripping bath
Is this position for you?
- Knowledge of the basic methods of chemical analysis of process baths of a painting line and the wastewater treatment plant
- Experience with laboratory instruments and measuring equipment
- Knowledge of the basics of chemical processes in pre-treatment and on the painting line
- Basic knowledge of wastewater treatment technology
- Knowledge of the principles of safe handling of chemical substances
- Experience working with suppliers of chemical technologies and their operating regulations is an advantage
