What will your job be like?
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing and eliminating faults in the electrical and electronic equipment of the painting line
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of the electrical and electronic equipment of the production technology
- Fault diagnosis using measuring instruments and service tools
- Servicing and basic diagnostics of PLCs, HMIs, frequency converters, servo drives, sensors and actuators
- Inspection and repair of electrical switchboards, cabling and electrical installations of technological equipment
- Checking and adjusting sensors, limit switches, safety elements and other electrical equipment
- Cooperation in commissioning new equipment and technologies
- Cooperation with external service companies and technology suppliers
- Carrying out preventive maintenance according to the set schedule
- Recording repairs, faults and service interventions
- Proposing measures to increase the reliability and availability of the technology
- Compliance with safety, fire and environmental regulations
Is this position for you?
- Qualification for work on electrical equipment in accordance with applicable legislation
- Knowledge of electrical diagrams and technical documentation
- Knowledge of the principles of industrial automation
- Basic to advanced knowledge of PLC systems
- Knowledge of sensors, actuators and industrial electrical equipment
- Knowledge of frequency converters and electric motors is an advantage
- Ability to work with measuring instruments
- Basic knowledge of industrial communication networks is an advantage
- Ability to diagnose faults independently and systematically trace their causes
- PC skills and experience with common service applications
- English or German at a level enabling communication with service technicians and work with technical documentation is an advantage
