What will your job be like?
The main task of the customer quality engineer is communication with the customer in English or German. They also work in the project team during the preparation of series production and deal with any complaints. They are responsible for the assigned customer project and lead the complaint resolution team. They draw up control and inspection plans and cooperate on FMEA.
Is this position for you?
- Secondary or university education in mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of English or German
- Experience in the field is an advantage
- Knowledge of technical documentation
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Willingness to continue learning
- Responsibility, reliability, an eye for quality

- Flexibility in working hours
- Category B driving licence
