What will your job be like?
In this position you will take part in developing new robotic welding workplaces and integrate Fanuc robots and positioners into complete robotic cells with regard to safety, accessibility and ergonomics.
- For the more sophisticated workplaces you will program the PLC (Siemens) controlling the robot peripherals, safety elements, travel units, welding sets and robots
- You will also connect the robots to the welding power sources so that the operator can run the cell and the setter can change the welding parameters
- Together with the designer you will work on the technical solution and on the placement of the robots and positioners for the given project, so that production is as efficient as possible.
Is this position for you?
Also for applicants without qualifications and graduates- Secondary or university technical education
- Knowledge of Fanuc robot programming
- Knowledge of Siemens PLC programming - TIA Portal
- Knowledge of safety systems for CE marking
- Electrical engineering knowledge
- Knowledge of welding processes is an advantage
- Language skills: English
