What will your job be like?
In this position you will be in charge of handling service requests and providing technical support to end users. You will also carry out:
- Servicing end-user devices (HW/SW, PCs, notebooks, printers, mobile devices), diagnostics, upgrades, HW/SW installation, component replacement, repair, cleaning and maintenance
- Keeping records of IT assets
- Basic understanding of networking
- Managing documentation
Is this position for you?
- At least secondary education, ideally in IT
- Good understanding of IT
- Basics of low-current electronics, a technical background
- Independence, thoroughness
- English at a level allowing you to read and understand documentation and to communicate at a basic level
