What will your job be like?
As a production logistics operative you will carry out the activities involved in optimising the flow of material through the production process.
- Responsibility for the flow of material on the assigned production lines
- Delivering material according to the documentation to the right workplace at the right time in line with the production plan
- Operating forklift trucks of various types and capacities - you will be trained on the lifting equipment
- Using scanning equipment and the SAP system in your work
- Observing occupational safety rules and attending regular logistics training
- Working with the labelled racking systems located in the production halls
- Multi-shift work
Is this position for you?
- Vocational certificate
- Experience in driving forklift trucks is an advantage
- Possibility of training and obtaining a forklift truck licence
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail, responsibility
- Crane operator and slinger certificates are an advantage, training provided
