What will your job be like?
In this position you will carry out the activities involved in storing goods and handling them afterwards.
- Receiving goods, checking delivery notes and other accompanying documents
- Placing, checking and storing goods
- Checking the shelf life of goods received and stored
- Picking goods and releasing them from stock
- Dispatching goods, keeping the prescribed records and carrying out stocktaking
- Keeping records of suppliers and customers
- Waste handling and keeping the warehouse areas clean
- Routine maintenance of handling equipment and other warehouse equipment
Is this position for you?
- Vocational training in the field (training can be provided)
- Experience in the field is welcome
- A valid forklift truck licence is an advantage
