What will your job be like?
Your work will consist of setting performance standards, and you can also look forward to:
- Determining the job grades of the individual operations
- Setting performance standards for the ramp-up period of new products
- Cooperating on workplace layouts
- Producing and evaluating time studies of the working day
- Optimising production processes in cooperation with manufacturing engineering
- Preparing source data for the price calculation of new products
- Reviewing standards and improving the processes of products already running
- Optimising existing products in order to increase production efficiency
- Taking part in implementing improvement proposals
Is this position for you?
- Complete secondary education with a school-leaving examination
- Basic computer skills - MS Office
- Knowledge of technical standards and ability to read drawing documentation
- At least a basic knowledge of Lean principles
